Can I leave the canopy graphic on while I retract the tent frame?

We do NOT recommend you leave the canopy graphic on while you retract the tent frame

What do you recommend for cleaning the event tent graphics?

We recommend you hand wash the event tent graphics by using a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water to clean. The event tent is NOT machine washable. Make sure the canopy is completely dry before storing.

How tall are your canopies?

Our 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20 canopy options have a max peak height of 11'. The height from ground to valance is 82"

What is the warranty on your canopy frame?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our frames against manufacturer defects.

If I damage my canopy frame, do I need to buy a new frame, or do you offer replacement parts?

We offer replacement legs and all parts for our canopy frames.
